Planning Your Base

A good base starts with location. Prioritise:

**Treeline cover** over open fields

**Distance from roads** — roads bring traffic

**Multiple escape routes** — never build in a dead end

Always use a double-gate airlock system. An attacker who breaches the outer gate still faces your inner gate — buying you reaction time.

Use crates over barrels where possible — higher capacity per square metre. Label everything. A disorganised base costs you time in firefights.

Bury your most critical storage underground

Keep a decoy crate near the entrance with low-value loot

Never store vehicle keys in the base itself
